2. Description of Service

GOYO provides SEO auditing, content creation, social media management, and local search optimization tools for small businesses. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid subscribers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during sign-up.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Free trials automatically convert to the Free Tools tier at the end of the trial period unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• You may not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without explicit permission
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service
• Upload malicious code or content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GOYO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant GOYO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements.

10. Limitation of Liability

GOYO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOYO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
